This is such a wonderful project with wonderful people. I presented an idea that was rather far-out, using Generative Art, and they went for it. We had a list of 25 folks whose radical ideas made change, from Galilei to Cousteau. We took the numerical information – their birth and death dates as well as the date of their significant work – and integrated it into code written by the other-worldly-brilliant Keith Peters (bit-101.com) to create the artwork.
